Natalie Senechault appointed Chief Financial Officer of Atos
Paris, June 192022 – Atos announces today that Stéphane Lhopiteau will leave the Group later in the second half of 2022 and will be replaced by Nathalie Sénéchault as Group Chief Financial Officer.
The planned separation of the Group announced during a Capital Markets Day on June 14 should lead to a complete reorganization of the Atos Group and, in this particular case, of its financial management. Thus, the appointment of two financial directors has already been announced for each of the two companies envisaged from Atos: Anil Agrawal for Evidian (BDS+Digital) and Darren Pilcher for New Atos (Tech Foundations).
In this context, Mr. Lhopiteau will leave the Group during the second half of the year, when the separation is on track.
Nathalie Sénéchault is a recognized financial executive with over twenty years of experience. She began her career as a lawyer in major international firms before joining Alstom where she held various key management positions within the tax and financial department. She joined Atos nearly seven years ago, where she most recently served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer.
This interim period will ensure a complete and orderly transition between Mr. Lhopiteau and Ms. Sénéchault.
